April and Yoanna are my favourite so far. I thought the bangs was a little bit much for April, it would've looked better if it's swept aside.

I don't think her bangs looked all that bad! The first few days of a bangs-type cut are a little weird but it grows out fairly quickly, so I am sure that the next episode it won't look as bad. April is still one of my favs and her photo shoots are phenominal. And I am from New England so I am rooting for her!!

I think my objection to the bangs is that it looks a little old fashioned. Look at this picture of Diana Rigg from the 60's (another fabulous cheekbone gal):

It also looks a little like a Cleopatra wig.

But there's no question in my mind that April has the face for this cut. She's turning out to be one of my favorites, I love her look.

I definately think April is gorgeous as hell it's abnormal! AND she's kind and smart? Wow, talk about total package.

I agree, Frostelized, I think April really is "the total package". I do like that she's nice (because I'm all about the nice, folks ) and smart, but those are just bonuses for us, as viewers and fans.

In terms of her marketability as a model, she's got the real deal, and it all, amazingly, is just there naturally--From the start, she's been photogenic, beautiful, graceful, and poised (well, ok, there was the horse walk, but that will come with practice). I really hope she does well in this competition; I, personally, would love to see her win.

I agree, I love this photo. And I couldn't stand her bio pics. They must have worked at it to get such bad photos. I take it all back!

And if anyone missed the "fear of snakes" video clip on the UPN website, go and watch it. I don't know why they didn't put this in the video, it was a lot more interesting than Catie. Here is the link from upn.com.

yeah, i'm hoping they chop some bangs on this girl as soon as they get a hold of her. covering that forehead will make a huge difference, i believe. that being said, i still think she'd make a better candidate for "the bachelor" than for america's next top model.

Not that I'm a huge April fan, but what's the deal with people dissin' big foreheads? It's a sign of a big brain! And who's got the biggest forehead of them all and looks fab? Tyra Banks!
