UPN Announces Winner Prize Package for ANTM2

UPN ANNOUNCES A SUPER-SIZED GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE FOR THE
SECOND CYCLE OF "AMERICAíS NEXT TOP MODEL"

Grand Prize Package Providers Include IMG Models, Sephora and Jane Magazine

Twelve participants will vie for the opportunity to catapult their careers into instant success, yet only one lucky girl will be crowned AMERICAíS NEXT TOP MODEL and win the multi-faceted, super-sized package consisting of prizes from IMG Models, Sephora and Jane magazine. The second cycle of AMERICAíS NEXT TOP MODEL debuts on Tuesday, Jan. 13 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT).

This time, the girl who survives the high stress, high stakes competition of UPNís AMERICAíS NEXT TOP MODEL will win an opportunity to be managed by IMG Models and join the ranks of the companyís other top models, including Tyra Banks, Gisele Bundchen and Heidi Klum. The winner will also have an opportunity to appear on the cover of a Sephora catalogue and in more than 80 stores in the U.S., providing her fame through one of the nationís leading cosmetics retailers. Finally, the winnerís first guaranteed fashion spread will be to pose in Jane magazine.

IMG Models is the world's number one international model management firm with clients including the aforementioned Banks, Klum, Bundchen, as well as Angela Lindvall, Anouck, Bridget Hall, Carolyn Murphy, Erin Wasson and Shalom Harlow. Sephora, formed in 1993 when acquired by MoŽt Hennessy Louis Vuitton, a world leading luxury products group, stocks 250 brands of beauty products, including its own collections of cosmetics, skin care and bath and body products through over 80 stores nationwide, catalog and online at Sephora.com. Jane is a lifestyle magazine for women with a unique sense of pop culture sensibility, which gives a modern twist to fashion, beauty, celebrity and music.

The executive producers are Ken Mok ("Making the Band") and Tyra Banks. AMERICAíS NEXT TOP MODEL is produced by 10 by 10 Entertainment in association with Ty Ty Baby Productions. The dramality was created by Banks and developed by Mok and Kenya Barris. Emmy Award-winning producer Anthony Dominici is co-executive producer.

This prize package seems a lot more lucrative than the one last year. IMG has more famous models working with them.

And it seemed like last year some of the prize wasn't officially promised. Didn't the Revlon contract fall through? It looks like Tyra got them to hammer it out ahead of time.

Some prizes were described more as the company having the option after the series to use the winner. I don't know if Revlon decided to hire Adrianne for any modeling. But her nude work in Paris paid off real big and resulted in an unexpected signing of a modeling contract with the jewelry company.

The prize package looks great! But, what's the deal with calling it a "dramality"? Will some be scripted?
