Talk Show appearances? Magazine spreads?

I have to comment on something that really bugged me throughout the series: Why did people always make negative comments on how Adrianne spoke but never Shannon? That woman has the most irritating, loud, gravelly voice ever! I cringed every time she said "Oh my word!"

I agree totally. I couldn't understand why everyone was so down on Adrianne's accent when Shannon was around. Sounded like she was talking through a throat full of gravel. Yick!

I liked Shannon's voice. It's different. However, by the end of the series, if she had said "oh...my...word" one more time, I might have destroyed my t.v.

Regarding the Stuff shoot: Tessa came in to the studio after the other nine of us were almost done and getting ready to leave. They let her come up and talk to us, but after Tessa, The Man was really strict about letting those of us who were still contestants ever see or talk to eliminees.

Adrianne told me that the day after I got eliminated, she was waiting for the elevator doors to close and she saw me walk by, and the UPN escort she was with physically hauled her back so as not to let us interact. Hmph.

I hear that almost everyone on that show is trying or has achieved some kind of modeling contract. Have you tried? Do you think a lot of them bs? Also when was the last time you spoke to adrianne and what is up with her? is she actually gonna make it??

The level of secrecy & paranoia on the show is amazing. We didn't have any clue that kind of stuff was going on.

After time things start to show kinks in the armor. Bet ya the logistics of the next show will be better. Thank heavens our production staff are a little more experienced and were able to address this type of situation for me. I always wondered if the girls were interacting off screen, post elimination.

The whole 'condensing' of the contestants into smaller and smaller rooms made me wonder what else was happening in the house.
