As Owner, Director and Producer of Cincinnati-based ZoMotion Pictures, Alphonzo Wesson (nicknamed “Zo”) knows what it takes to succeed in the world of production. With over 20 years of experience, Wesson has been credited with directing and producing high profile shows including “Oprah and Gayle’s Big Adventure,” MTV’s “Making The Band” and was the first African American to direct MTV’s long standing hit reality series “The Real World.”

Zo has received numerous awards including 15 regional Emmy® awards and the 2002 Showtime Network “Black Filmmakers Showcase.” Zo exudes the passion and creativity necessary to make it in the world of TV production. Zo attended Kennedy King College with a major in Theater and was voted “Most Promising Performer” by the Drama Guild.
