Bringing back an old topic, forgive me. I agree with the previous posts. For a 11 yr-old, she's hell of a screamer, but she isn't a good singer. Like Whitney Houston, her high notes are all screams while her other registers are average at best. These types of singers who rely on screaming their notes away aren't good, but I must admist, they do make good banshees, IMO.

I can't believe Nathan Burton didn't win. He might be the next Houdini.

I suggest Asuca Hayashi for the young, talented solo singer who doesn't scream all her notes.

She's a Japanese singer who started when she was 13 I think. Just search for some of her vids on (the most popular site to watch videos online).
