A smoke gun!! Too bad there's all this smoke. And it's probably a carcinogen too.

So far, after watching almost an hour of this show, I have not seen anything remarkably innovative. I tuned into this show hoping to see some really great things. Any of these items could probably sell on a late night info-mercial, or on QVC. Just my opinion.

To his credit, he only seemed to really cry when the judges provoked it a bit by asking about his motivation. It wasn't part of his plea like some of the others. I can give points for that distinction. Plus, I can't help but admire that as little impact as his invention will have on the world, it DID take a lot of engineering, time and cleverness, obviously.

Oh look. Willie Nelson. Or is that Buddy Ebsen? Or some generic old coot. With a "smoking gun". And accompanying banjo music.

Look. Idol style "skipping a lot of people in detail so we can see them in the next round" editing!

Those have patents on them already.

Time for Sob Story #3. Who has something done, but unmarketed. A naughty kids video. Well made, but hardly an "invention". Simply having this on TV will get her the buyer she needs.

Judge fight! Judge fight! This is the best part yet!
