| Re: David Archuleta - Season 7 I saw his CD at Walmart yesterday. Not a fan of his music but he looked so adorable on the cover (made me want to pinch his cheeks or something lol). They had all the Idol CDs on the end cap. How'd he beat Cook out of the starting gate? Or did I miss something? |

| Re: David Archuleta - Season 7 I would say very smart marketing on his team's part. Once Cook releases, the attention will be on him and this way they get the early reviews from critics (not all good from what I've read) and early shelf space. The two fan bases appear to be different so really, the release date, except for name recognition, shouldn't make much difference between the two. But, it was still a very smart move.
