Although, as I think about it, this blurb wasn't from 'Team Archuleta'. So, how does that square up? | |

| Re: David Archuleta - Season 7 You're all about lifting the underdog, but will you seriously go out and buy his CD? And who really says that he is the underdog. He has a million screaming little kids that are more likely to call/text than adults

| Re: David Archuleta - Season 7 I agree completely! On a night of mediocre performances, going first may be a disadvantage, and going last may help you. But if a performance is great, it's going to generate the votes regardless. I have no idea where in the order Blake Lewis was when he did You Give Love a Bad Name, or where Melinda Doolittle was for Have a Nice Day, Kelly Clarkson for Stuff Like That There, or David Cook for Billie Jean. But I remember all of those performances, because they were great performances. When I hear a performance like that, I take note, and vote because it was just that good.

Yes, I will buy both Davids' CD's... How difficult is it to splurge & buy a $10.00 CD? I can afford that.... I want Archie to win now, but only because he doesn't deserve all the ridicule. Like I said Cookie is not God... Arch Angels to the rescue! ![]()

Leo.....Here is the article that you are referring to where Team Archuleta is screaming foul. But once again it also speaks to the complaints that many people have about the fact that Archie has outsiders sitting and making new arrangements for him where all of the other contestants have to either rearrange songs on their own or find one that has already been done. It's extremely possible that AI said no to this Richard Parkinson guy strictly BECAUSE they wanted to keep it at a level playing field. My claim, not theirs. ![]()

| Re: David Archuleta - Season 7 I like them both, but going for the underdog. I'm comparing apples & oranges. Cookie's not getting a bad rap like Archie. Archie needs my votes more than Cook. I was going to vote for Cook, I was leaning that way, but a certain 17 yr. old needs my votes much more. I do not see many (if any) nasty comments in Cook's thread, so Archie needs my votes... He can count on me & the other 10 in the office... They're spreading the word as well... All the negativity about Archie just fires me up more. That's my incentive!
