I agree, Bobo. At least she's different and changes up the pace during the show in a good way.

Her problem is that she thinks that being a rocker is to shout continuously. She should, seriously, study David Cook. The man knows how to layer a performance between loud and soft to connect with the audience.

I LOVE AMANDA!!!!! She's clearly one of the most entertaining performers. Yeah, she may be a one-trick-pony, but it's a trick that continues to thrill me.

I guess her comment that she was showing us what we'd get for a $70 ticket to see her on tour made people realize that they'd rather see her for a $5 cover, a couple of beers, and then leave when they'd gotten their money's worth.

I thought that too. That was the wrong thing to say. I don't care how rock and roll you are, even the hardest rockers tone down the screechy-ness once in a while. BUt the impression I got from her is that she's all screamin' and hollerin' all the time and that, that's the way she wants it. Guess I was right after all. She is a one-trick-pony. And quite content with it.

I think Amanda was due to go soon, but I still think Kristie Lee should have gone first. She does not deserve to be in the top 10.
