Thread: Where do you see the Top 12 in three years ?

  1. #11
    Some of my guesses:

Clay , singing soundtracks for Disney movies.

    Vanessa , VJ at MTV.

Julia , main character on a daytime soap ( she is so cute and dramatic ).

    And ......

Joshua , back with the Marines.

Kim C , hogging every camera in LA.

Carmen , married , three kids.

Ruben has a great, rich voice for single or duet love songs (i.e., Peabo Bryson and Celine Dion w/ Beauty and The Beast). No doubt someone will sign him. I too see Clay as eventually Broadway-bound, whether he wins this competition or not. Trenyce and Kimberley Locke should have recording contracts as well. Don't really know about the others.

Well, from the sound of things...a few of them might be in prison.

Ha, just kidding. It's hard to say. Even some popular bands/singers these days fade away relatively quickly and are never heard of again (until they appear on Surreal Life 14)

I can see Clay on the radio, ala Josh Groban. Not pop, but the classical pop on soft rock stations.

Ruben gets a recording contract, but I see him more R&B, not pop.

It has to KILL the producers that the best two performer this season (unless someone has mass talent that they've been hiding as a twist) probably will not do regular pop...

I don't know if this is where his interest lies, but I would love to see Clay on Broadway.
He projects his voice so beautifully and I really think he has the right clarity and tone to is voice to be a big hit on the Broadway circuit.

After a moderately successful pop career, Clay Aiken goes on to do a Broadway revival of "Les Miserables" in the role of Marius. He gets rave reviews.

He also performs as the lead in several other big-name musicals: Aida (forgot-the-main-guy's-name), Miss Saigon (Chris), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Joseph)...

    I'm so lame...

I totally read the header to the thread incorrectly... I read "Top 3 in 12 years"...
    Probably should head to bed.

I totally think Clay, Kim L, and Vanessa could all be very successful on Broadway.
And I sing sometimes like my life is at stake because you're only as loud as the noises you make.
