Same here. I knew the tour would swing through Buffalo because of John. I went to last year's show and I enjoyed it. Looking forward to going again.

This isn't the type of show I'd go to see normally, but I'd be interested this year; there so much great talent in this year's group. Given people experience with last year's tour, can you get decent seats by buying them online or on the phone the day they go on sale, or do you need to stand in line? Please don't tell me it's the latter as that's probably not something I'd do.

    Thanks for any info

Last year the concert was sponsored by PopTarts (Kelloggs?) and you could get a password (I can't remember if I got it from the IdolonFox website or somewhere else, but I am sure someone will post info on this later) and buy tickets a day or two before they went on sell to the general public. I did this online through Ticketmaster. I would recommend that you find the website of the concert arena you will be attending and print out a map of the seating area first. I also called the arena ticket sales office and asked about the different seating areas.

My experience last year was that you entered how many tickets you wanted and the price category, and the website gives you a section and seat numbers and you have two minutes to decide whether to take buy these seats or try again. Last year the first seats that came up were not very good, so I tried again. I went through this process quite a few times and I had good seats on the side and seats on the Floor (Row 15) come up. The hardest part was deciding when to take the seats that were offered or when to keep trying for better seats in the two minutes that you are given. But I did have good side seats and floor seats choices several times.

Again, that is how it worked for me last year. I hope this helps.

I can't believe no stop in Honolulu - with TWO of the top 12 involved from here. :-(
