It's almost down to show time. I'd say that Archie got most of the early votes, Cook came on late. Sort of like the season went.

I thought they said that last night they were sure that Archie had won it but after hearing it again over the tv they changed their minds and decided it was a draw. Something about the acoustics being so off that it made DC sound bad but at home with better dubbing it was better?

Yeah, sounds like trying to save face to me just in case DC does win it all.

Bah, they just confirmed Archie with One Republic. Not looking forward to that.

I didn't catch the Red Carpet, so I just finished watching it on YouTube. I was shocked to see Ace posing with his CD the whole time! Tacky but necessary I guess. I didn't even know he had an album out. Worst of all I didn't see many camera flashes when he was holding it up. Poor guy!

Let me know how the album is bama!

I can comment on one of the songs. Ace played it on American Idol Extra. I have to say that it was one of the best songs I've heard an AI alum do on that show or even AI itself. Most of the times the songs are ho-hum at best. I really really enjoyed it. And I am not exactly an Ace fan. I liked him, but I liked a few others better that season. I should add that I thought his performance on the tour was one of my favorites (with "Harder to Breathe"). Oh, my!

Anyway, I think you can find Ace singing his song on you tube. I don't have access to it at work, but you might want to try searching for Ace American Idol Extra.

Was the song "Addicted"? I think that's his first single off of it. If that's so, it is actually a pretty decent song...one that will get stuck in your head.
