He was the best last night by a mile! He was absolutely amazing. If he were to release his version of Eleanor Rigby, it would smoke the charts! I'd buy it!

Hello and Eleanor Rigby were fantastic! I'd love to see David in the finals with Carly, that would be an excellent matchup.

Wow.. those pictures just make me go...

LOVE Dave Cook. Easily the best of the night; deserved the pimp spot that was given to David A. at the end of the show, that would've been an awesome way to end.

DH loved this guys Eleanor Rigby. I watched it twice... wanting to like it the 2nd time... and I just could not. Awful, to me. Not as awful as his hair... now that's actually hideous... but awful nonetheless.

poor guy its not his fault he's thinning. i like his performances but i'm slightly shallow and would probably support him if i found him at least somewhat attractive, but i don't.

everybody keeps comparing him to chris daughtry but to me chris just has the oomph that this guy is missing. maybe its better vocals, better looks, or personality, i don't know. but i don't think this guy is on chris' level.

his performance of fuel's hemorrhage has stayed with me all of this time. its probably just as good maybe better than the original. its one of those moments in the show's history where you just stand back in awe and go ah! now there's somebody who has it and you understand what the judges mean by a performance standing out in the real world and not sounding like another karaoke performance.
