| Re: David Cook - Season 7 This guy is so far ahead of the pack, it's not even funny. Every time another contestant performs, I feel like I'm in the lobby of a cheap motel outside Vegas. Then I see him perform, and I feel like I'm in Wembley Stadium. He just has a professional quality that the other contestants SERIOUSLY lack.

| Re: David Cook - Season 7 Logically David shouldn't even be wasting his time with this cheese-fest of a show. He should already be out there making hit records. He's light years ahead of almost any contestant AI has ever had. As great as I thought Chris Daughtry was/is, I think David is at an even higher level. His performance blew me away and stole the show last night. I even had to rewind his performance a couple of times to rewatch it, he was just that good.

| Re: David Cook - Season 7 I think the thing I'm liking about him the most this season (and what distinguishes him from others) is that he doesn't use his guitar playing as a crutch. Unlike Brooke or Jason, he seems just as comfortable singing without it as he does singing with it. He also has a good sense of when to use it, and when doing so would be a distraction. |

| Re: David Cook - Season 7 Umm...I heart him. I hope he he makes it to the finals and doesn't get shafted like Chris Daughtry did. I'd love to see him and Carly duke it out in the finals, with him winning.
