I like David but his youth & inexperience are starting to show. Hope he will pull through to next week .... it is hard to tell which way the votes will go!

The tween girlie power voters are going to keep him alive & maybe even give him the win, but if they do, it is going to be a big mistake. He may be a good vocalist, but we saw last night major weaknesses that may effect his ability to sell in the marketplace after the show.

Anyways, I'm glad Simon finally admitted (or implied) that they've been majorly pimping him these past few weeks (by saying that he was going to critique everyone fairly).

He should get the Brandon Rogers boot for forgetting the lyrics! ... Not like that's gonna happen.

Talking about David's musical relevance...

He should get the boot for being the choir boy that he is.
Obviously he needs the cheese, and lots of candles to make his act work.
He is neither current, nor musically relevant.
Who cares if he forgot a word or two.
He totally fell apart and had no connection to his song material.

How could he possibly do any worse? If he doesn't do better he'd have to be declared ineligible for future shows. Just don't put him on Don't Forget the Lyrics!

well if there was ever a week to screw up its this week! especially after kkkristy lee's horrible performance.

i don't know it just seems out of character for him to screw up so royally after being on point (according to the judges) all of these weeks. yes he's not perfect however he screwed up so obviously and so disastrously one has to wonder if he didn't purposely throw away that performance. maybe got a little nudge from stage mommy and daddy or uncle nigel to take some of the heat off of himself. since everybody knows he's being pimped out really hard. almost as to say hey the judges do treat me fairly, there is no obvious favoritism here folks. *wink wink*

or maybe not.

My diagnosis;
Massive pimping of a one trick pony.

I cannot repeat it often enough;
If David is as great as R,P,S make him out to be, why did nobody discover him yet?
Why doesn't he have a contract?
Why is he still doing contests, instead of being in a studio, recording?

Maybe because we have seen "the best of David" already weeks ago?
