I think Mario has the chance to win this whole thing. Throughout all the years, I have never been a fan of too many of the male singers. The only one I liked and voted for in quantity was Josh Gracin until the unfortunate disco night catastophe. I think the ladies just have a better chance with the format and "theme night" changes to roll with it better than the guys. Mario looks like he has the potential to change it up and should go far.

I loved Mario's performance on the guy's night.. he can work the stage and he's so humble! He's the only one from the group of 10 of guys now that I am rooting for.

I think, out of the guys, he has the best and most unique but adaptable voice... I mean, it seems like you can throw him any kind of song and he'd be able to sing it very well...He also has a good fashion sense...Though he's already 27, he can still dress up like a 20 year old and still look good...I'm vying for him to win...I think he deserves it out of all the guys...Though I also like Constantine...Go Mario!!!...Juz love that Latin name...

In a way, he makes me think of Diana Degarmo...can a guy be "pageant-y"? With that, I mean that he knows all of the requirements, every move he must make....but seems a little like he's going through the motions. Although, I DO think he can sing. I want him to stay for a while (and I know he will) because I want to see him do the different types of songs. I don't see what's wrong about knowing exactly what to do...It gives you the advantage,wouldn't it?...I mean, for me, it's good that Mario seems to know all the "requirements" to be able to make it to American Idol(and win, eventually)...That'd mean he kinda knows exactly what the judges are looking for...It's a competition...You gotta know the do's and dont's...otherwise, your out, dude...

Trust me.... ive seen RJ's live shows PLENTY of times. More than I could even count. Not to mention I've heard him sing in the car, at home, just walking.... and he is amazing. His range is out of this world. Mario can't even hit middle bars. He has absolutely NO range. How RJ sounds when he sings live is exactly how he sounds on his CD. Even better in most cases because of his runs. Which if Mario tried to attempt would be comical.


On another note.... Mario is pretty hot. I'd like to see what he'd look like without the hat because he's got some pretty long hair, always back in a ponytail. Would be interesting to see it down
