This is a link to the article on "The Drudge Report" concerning his dropping out - again says "personal reasons."

WHOA! Surprising! I just heard about this, and I was in shock. I mean, he made it to the top 12, and then he dropped out. I guess the personal reasons were pretty personal. I think he had an amazing voice, but so did Nikko. I wonder if theres even a point in putting Nikko back in. I mean, he was obviously voted off for a reason. If he didnt recieve that many votes, its not a fair competition to put him back in. Just my opinion. I am still sad that Mario left! We will miss you Mario!!!

I think it is only fair to put Nikko back in assuming he had the highest number of votes of the men who were removed last week. I really like Mario but there had better be a good reason for his leaving the competition as he should have left that slot open for someone who really wanted it and would complete the entire process.

If Nikko did not get put back in who else should have made up the top 12? I am sad to see Mario go but as they say "the show must go on." Nikko did get next highest votes so it seems fair to me he would replace him. I actually think Nikko will do well the rest of this competition.

If that's the case, I hope he crashes and burns. Way to bite the hand that was feeding you.
