If you listen to Micheal Jackson's recording of "Whatever Happens" you can hear Mario singing background vocals It's pretty cool.

HOW AWESOME IS THAT! 'Whatever Happens' happens to be my favorite song on the Invincible Album. That's not an amazing fact since I only like 4-5 songs on there, but still... how cool! ...if true. *rushes off to listen to it again* | |

Okay, so I've been playing the song (Whatever Happens) over and over again, but I wasn't able to hear Mario!! (mostly because I kept getting caught up listening to Michael sing and singing right along w/ him, lol. I told you it was my favorite song!) But finally, FINALLY, I heard him! I can hear Mario singing: "Do do do do-oo-oo-oo, do do do doo, do do do do-oo-oo-oo, do do do doo" I'm sure you can all find it from that in depth description. LOL. Okay, so I can hear Mario start to sing the do-do's around 1 minute and 54 seconds into the song (or right before Michael sings "He's working day and night, thinks he'll make her happy forgetting all the dreams that he had..."). But that's the only place I can hear Mario distinctly... how about you? Let me know! *bops away singing "Whatever happens, don't let go of my hand"*

Mario is definately a contender. He has top 6 written all over him as long as he keeps it up.

Thanks for the Mario link! ![]() So far "Bohemian Rhapsody" has been my favorite performance of his... Unfortunately it was so heavily edited for that show that we only got to hear a few seconds of it... I would love to hear him sing it again, this time in full. His "How Can You Mend" this past week is probably my 2nd-favorite of his. He really had me melting with that... Not only is his voice beautiful but I really love how he puts so much emotion into his performances... like he's really feeling what he's singing about. ![]()

I absolutely love this guy - I didnr care for his 2nd performance - I Love Music I think it was, but every other time Ive heard him, Ive loved him. I can actually see him being eliminated in a shock surprise like Tamyra or LaToya somehow, as I can imagine him becoming complacent in the same was they did, but he is so essential to this years Finals, that there was no way he couldnt be in it. IMO he has the most star quality out of all 12 this year, but saying that I dont see him winning it. Top 5 for sure though.

I think he should stay always with the up-tempo songs, because if he sings ballads, there are other contestants that will make it better than him, even if he has a very good voice (and I totally think that anwar, scott and anthony have better, stronger and powerfull voices)
