The cd with the DVD is a good deal, the performances, the interview are good.

2) I am hearing from several people that Target has completely sold out of the cd/dvd combos & these folks are receiving emails saying it may be as late as December. Talk about huge demand.

Today on Regis and Kelly, Jimmy Kimmel kept teasing her about singing the national anthem at the world series. It was funny! Wonder if she feels nervous.

Yep there are those that have never liked her & therefore will not give her a positive review no matter what. It’s pretty sad to read some of these things because some of them are just brutally nasty personal attacks instead of music reviews. But, I guess that’s to be expected.

Here are some of the really good reviews. They far outweigh the bad.

The songs on her first cd were better I feel, but vocally I think she's much better on Carnival. Going to listen to all her songs again.

I will give the Dallas guy one nod; when listening to the CD for the first time, I did get annoyed at the power notes in nearly every song. Some definitely could have been more subtle.... and then I got to "I Know You Won't"... undoubtedly my favorite song on the album.

I think her voice is fabulous... absolutely no complaints and it was such an easy listen that I was surprised when I found myself back at Track 1.

Oooh, that entertainment weekly link has the link to AOL Music so I can listen to the album here at work.
