Aaron looks like he escaped from a Little Rascals episode.

I thought Aaron was better in the mentoring session.

Aaron: It was pretty good, but he still had a few issues. Some of the notes were a little irritating.

Even I assumed he'd do better here than in most categories of singing. But his voice is just too weak and reedy. And Kara (finally) hit the head on the nail. He's got no "juice"--no charisma. He's got the Sanjaya-like "crying little girl" following, I think, but that's mainly based on him filling a certain "slot" on the show--its not actual ON STAGE charisma.

I think Harry is going to guarantee that this is going to be one of the best weeks of the year. Aaron is the most inexperienced, so if he did OK (and I think he did at least that) then the rest of the night should be pretty good. I just wish Siobhan had made it to tonight. She could have killed with a great collaborator like HCJ.
