Lacey: Her singing style reminds me of Cyndi Lauper. Her performance was interesting.

    Lacey: Meh.

Not really a fan, but some of the phrasing seemed odd and rushed to me.

Agreed. But Casey needs another Wow! performance like "Heaven" soon . Didi was way better than I expected.

Maybe this show won't suck too badly tonight.

Really strange arrangement of that song by Lacey.

Me too.... I agree with above poster a bit Cyndi Lauperish... as a child of the 80s maybe thats why I like it??? I want to see her next week!

I never thought of that, but yeah, you're right.

It was different, but not necessarily bad. Lacey definitely put an original spin on the song.

So far I've like Big Mike the least, then comes Lacey, and Didi just a teeny bit behind Casey.

I think she was going for something like the Melanie Safka arrangement.

I had to close my eyes to see the channeling of Cyndi, actually. I just knew I had heard that singing before.

    Andrew GarciaGimme Shelter

Andrew used to collect keys. He picked up the guitar as a kid.

No guitar! Good for Andrew! Pretty good vocal, but I'm not buying the rock star swagger.

    Randy: It was pitchy everywhere.
    Ellen: Best performance yet.
Kara: Elements where we heard the voice; but it's a song about war and I wanted to feel that about you.
Simon: In the middle. You gave it 100%, but something did not connect. Hope you survive the mixed criticism.

One of my favorite Stones songs being slaughtered.
