Now, Andrew. The worst is how they are all coming out against him. Yes, I felt he was chasing it, a bit, and a bit, could use breath control help, but....and it's a big "but"....
He was terrific! Loved the Latin beat for him. Love his voice, like him a whole lot. Best of the night so far, for me! Not a super-duper performance, room for improvement, but still, just Terrific!

Aaron remembered the lyrics. But he has no business being on this stage.
"How do you know the chosen ones? No greater love hath a man than he lay down his life for his friend. Not for millions, not for glory, not for fame... for one person. In the dark. Where no one will ever know or see." - Sebastion, Babylon 5

Simon comes out against Kara, because he wants her to stop grabbing his arm like a limpet. Or because we know he has to do his "opposite" thing at least once per show.

But really, these little boys nervously singing (Alex, Aaron) ain't doing it for me.

I liked Tim Urban's Hallelujah more than Alex, Andrew, Lee, or Aaron. Does that make me a bad person?

Todrick Hall sings Somebody to Love.

Uh-oh. Todrick is aiming for Glambert territory. Without question he has the best voice of all the guys. But this arrangement is a mess - and it's not all Todrick's fault. Although his ambition may have gotten the better of him.

Randy: Best vocal of the night.
Ellen: Brave young man. It sounded like a gospel song.
Kara: Really good singing; but so dramatic I didn't know whether to laugh at it or love it.
Simon: Good in parts; You've told us you are a Broadway singer. Good song choice - may have saved you.

well, that was actually interesting to me. Didn't try to out-Queen Queen - took it a little down a gospel path. Like it.
