I agree. She saw the path she was headed down, didn't want to go there, and REALLY stepped it up to work out something new, and give people a reason to vote for her. She's earned her way to the final 3, and I'm thriiled to see her there.

I have to say ... I bashed her early, I called her Screamysha, I REALLY disliked this girl - and thought she needed to go about 6 weeks ago.

After the last 2 weeks, I'm impressed. The screaming has ALMOST stopped, and she's been mostly on key when she does --- but when she doesn't "glory-note", her sound has been REALLY good lately.

    Hoping for a Cook/Screamysha ... sorry ... SYESHA final.

Well, Syesha certainly got her revenge for having been put in the "fake bottom 2" last week! Congrats to her. I think she has done a lovely job these last few weeks and I'm glad she is in the final 3.

YUP! Me too ... I can't imagine the two Davids in the finals, but it is a VERY distinct possibility that's for sure.

But I'll be quietly pullin' for Syesha, as for me, she is the "model" of class, professionalism and talent that I feel deserving of the title. David Cook will certainly have a GREAT career regardless, and likewise "Wonderboy", but I think Syesha will benefit the MOST from winning the crown. She too will have excellent opportunities, but again, will be the beneficiary of the award the most, IMHO.

Sorry - just don't care for this girl's singing, except when she does bluesy numbers and broadway hits. Otherwise, she sounds like a poor imitation of Whitney. I personally did not care for either of her songs Tuesday. The first one was a poor reenactment of Tina Turner's version, and the second just sounded like screeching.

Wow...I think Syesha has a beautiful voice. I think she just keeps getting better and better every time I hear her sing.
