Just last week I thought I wouldn't miss him if he left. Now, I'm so happy he got to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised...I really enjoyed his performance. He did good and I loved him and Ryan bouncing around the stage!

I didn't get this performance and why the judges went wild over it. The beginning was interesting at best, but not great. There was some energy when he morphed into rock mode, but it seemed to me like it lost steam as he went on. Overall I didn't think it worked.

Well I think he brought a breath of fresh air last night. Fantastic new take on an old tune, fantastic, exciting performance. He is one of the very few Idol contestants from all seasons that I would really look forward to seeing in live concert. Plus he has great vocal chops. If he keeps showing his versatility and creativity he could be the real dark horse in this race.

As to "old-fashioned" I think that's mainly in the way he dresses. He needs to lose the suits and argyle sweaters.

I like his "square" duds. We get enough of the grunge types with David C. and Jason. My husband and I liked him from the get go. His voice has been easy to listen to, not grating like some of the others..

He was sooooooooooooo good last night! He injected some of the r&b flavor that had influenced the Beatles. I thought his performance was the best last night...I hadn't expected him to make it this far, but I'm so glad he did.

I like his outfits, too! I think they're clean and fun!

Plus, I think he has a fantastic personality and a great smile. I enjoy watching his mother dancing in her seat as he performs. Too cute.

He did a fantastic job last night, no question about it.

I loved his outfit last night. Loved his voice, loved the performance, his 10,000 watt smile the way he jumped for joy when Simon praised him, etc. etc.
    Thoroughly enjoyed everything
