    Razor,

I often looked at your posts to see how old faves were doing. Not alot going on these days with the Idols on the charts, so hadn't been looking lately. Just know your efforts have been appreciated.

Sorry. I always read your posts and appreciated them.....but since they were factual material, I didn't reply as one does to opinion material. Hope you will continue doing it and I will try to always say thanks for the info.

Goodness, I wasn't looking for some sort of recognition. I thought perhaps folks would discuss their favorite songs or even slam their non favorites. However, the silence just lead me to believe no one particularly cared one way or the other. As a group Idol fans seem to spend months following & bragging about their favorite contestants, then once the show is over & it is time to support them with the pocket book, the fans become invisible,as can be evidenced by the lack of conversation around these parts. Very few artist threads are kept up to date with any sort of information. You'd think the true fans would want others to know what was going on in the sphere of their favorites.

Has anyone else been hearing "Falling to Pieces" by Script more than they did before Chris Medina's audition was shown? I'd never heard the song before, and now I hear it A LOT! Every time I hear it I think of Razor's reports she used to do.

    Re: Idols On The Charts

I thought this was interesting. I read a post elsewhere that as of today, this is how the original versions of the songs sung last night are charting on iTunes:

    1. Rolling In the Deep by ADELE (Haley)
    18. Uprising by Muse (James)
    89. Harder to Breathe by Maroon 5 (Casey)
    184. Closer by Ne-Yo (Stefano)
    210. Dance With My Father (Album Version and Radio Version) by Luther Vandross (Jacob)
    461. Born to Fly by Sara Evans (Lauren)
    Not charting: Swinginí (Scotty)

    Yesterday on iTunes:
    4. Rolling In the Deep by ADELE
    355. Uprising by Muse

I feel like Iím channeling RazorbackerÖ

Thanks, Buckeye for the info, it is interesting indeed! Lot of interest in the Haley and James picks!! Well that is terrific in my book!!

Razorbacker, I always find your updates interesting as well, especially on Carrie Underswood. She is a favorite of mine now. I wasn't real crazy about her when she was on Idol, but I have grown to really respect and admire her, not only for her singing ability but also how she manages her personal life.
    She is a good one!

So thanks, and please keep up the good work!

Now what would also be interesting to know is if the people downloading and buying these songs on iTunes are also voting for those contestants to stay on the show.
