Nice to see Jordin getting that opening slot for Alicia. That'll be some great exposure for her.

I had also read about that this morning, and looked it up. It says though the term hemmorhage is used, it is usually a very small amount of bleeding, and is usually cured by a few days of vocal rest.
That is good news for Jordin.

Well, let's hope the news is the usual AI-machine exaggeration and it's really just something that needs complete rest for a bit. She seems like a good kid and singing is what she wants to do.

Apparently this condition is something that happens to singers who sing through laryngitis or strain their voices, so presumably lots of singers recover and go on just fine.

I love Jordin. Even though no one will surpass Kelly as my favorite Idol winner, Jordin is coming close. I never expected her to become successful, especially after her album debuted at only #10 (it's a good position, but Idol winners before her have debuted higher).

But her singles have been doing well! Both "Tattoo" and "No Air" have gone platinum. And her album is almost at a million. She just released "One Step at a Time" as her new single, and I can't stop listening to it for some reason. I think it's great.

I am not familiar with Jesse McCartney’s music, so I don’t know if this is good or not. I never saw any reviews of Jordins shows with Alicia Keyes either, did anyone else?

jordin and jesse mccartney will cater to the pre-teens.

jesse is a pop-rnbish type singer. he was a teen pop singer back then when all the bubble gum pop was on its last leg...the bsb, nsync, britney, christina..actually member of pop group dreamstreet. he's an alright singer... disney/nickelodeon mold type of singer. cute/blonde guy. i think he's 21. also an actor.

side note on jesse: he co-wrote with ryan tedder (onerepublic) the song that everyone knows since its majorly overplayed now on the radio..."bleeding love" by leona lewis. he's actually a decent songwriter...wrote (or co-) most of his stuff. and just released a new album last month i think. and has a song on the radio which i hear all the time. very catchy but i'm not good with remember titles. i somehow end up singing humming along with it.

both touring together should help themselves. since they'll cater to the same crowd. every parents nightmare...lots of pre-teens/teenage girls....those who'll love/idolize jordin because she's not your typical rnb singer (as in skinny, trashy, ghetto, thug) and jesse who is blonde/cute/urban hip/dancer etc.

i just can hear all the girls screaming their a$$e* off. my ears!!!
not my frickin fault. fine, my fault, i always get blamed anyways.
