Thanks Lobeck for the interview. Your efforts are much appreciated!

I adore Fantasia's singing and voted for her, but I'm gettin' a little tired of her "Be yourself!" comments and how she wants to be a role model for young, unmarried mothers. I'd rather hear more about her ideas about music and performing than--yet again--how life is a struggle and how you gotta be positive..etc...etc.

I respect your opinion Pillbeam, but I feel just the opposite. I love Fantasia's singing and her talking about her music, but after reading of this young woman's struggle as a single parent, I think it is wonderful that she wants to keep spreading encouragement to others that they too can succeed, regardless of the odds. I don't think she can say it enough to help someone else accomplish their dreams.

Congratulations lobeck on a sincerely great interview. Wish you would have told her that I really wanted to talk to her though.

Thanks for the interview with a truly talented woman!

I understand where you're coming from Pillbeam, but just think about all of the backlash she received throughout the competition. It must have been so hard for her to not speak up for herself. I think she's doing a marvelous thing but encouraging young mothers and young people (in age and heart) to get out there and live your life the way you want to live it. Fantasia is uplifting and go on with her bad self!

I love her to death. Her sincerety and kindness was so apparent-- I really hope that her fame becomes long-term. She's amazing.

Oh god, I was gushing so much about Fantasia I forgot to give props to the man who made this all happen! Lobeck, you are da bomb-- I'm having some serious withdrawl from your recaps, baby. No one does it like you. Your sarcasm practically leaps out from the screen!
