This schedule has got to be eating away at his workout time. Is it just me or does look exhausted? And he's crankier than ever.... Paula too for that matter.

I'm happy for Randy that he lost all the weight. I believe had he had put his mind to it, he could have done it without the surgery, but I am glad it went well and hope he can maintain a healthy lifestyle now.

I don't believe in diets but rather Dr. Phil's book. When you see how many people on his show have lost an enormous amount of weight, it's awesome!

Let's hope he can give more constructive critism this season

There is a cover story on Randy as well as on gastric bypass surgery in this week's People magazine. It really sheds light on how difficult a surgery it is to adjust to, and how completely one must change their lifestyle after it is done. It also has photos and stories of other people who have had the procedure, including a family who lost their husband/father to the surgery.

It goes to prove that different things work for different people. Some may be able to shed that much weight on diet, exercise and willpower alone, but others truly benefit from procedures like the one Randy had. I can't judge him as I haven't walked that mile in his shoes. But he is pleased with the results, and I am happy for him.

Well said! I'm happy for him too.

I like the "Yo s'up dawg/man" thingie. It's what makes him special.

Randy has been acting all cocky this season, its pissing me off. He acts like hes the best and tries to act like Simon sometimes. And the him and paula allience is also pissing me off. They always disagree with simon and are always together on decisions. UGH!

Not always... Remember when Simon and Paula walked out, causing the decision to be Randy's alone? The auditioner was too affected.

Randy's definitely meaner this season, though.

Yeah, he seems to be real bitchy. And I thought Simon was the tough one... I don't know.
