From my hometown!Sure would be nice to have an AI hometown visit here...
I like Lazaro's voice. Seems to me like an old style crooner type. I don't think he'll go super far, but I'll enjoy him while he's on. Very good looking and apparently sweet-natured, also.
I really like him. I just hope he is not under appreciated.
I keep thinking about the speech therapists who talked about Gabby Gifford re-learning speech by singing. I think he can be a huge inspiration for a lot of people, and I really hope he does well on AI as well as when this is over.

Tomorrow an AI film crew will be at Rita's Italian Ice filming here in Naples. This is where Lazaro used to work - I was in the other day and they have a big poster of him up on the front door and the staff advised me that they will be on-site tomorrow filming for the show. Exciting! I can't wait to see how he does once the voting starts...
Lazaro is my fave!
This guy is just about as dull as it gets. Please Keith, never again ask Lazaro to explain anything, I felt so bad for the guy when he was working his way through that.
He has a sad story but his voice just is not good...![]()
I feel bad reading this. It is not a very kind statement.
There is no need to feel bad for Laz because of his speech impediment. There are thousands of successful doctors, lawyers, scientists, educators, etc., in the world who stutter. Surprising to many, there are also well-known singers, movie/TV stars, newscasters, CEOs, and professional athletes who deal with a lack of fluency in their speech. No need to feel bad. Just have a little patience.![]()
Impossible things are being done every day.
Bolding mine. You are misconstruing 100%, IMO. If you want to think Lazaro was comfortable answering KU, then that is your prerogative. Some of us might not think the same way, and not out of being unkind, but rather, and rather obviously, the exact opposite.I feel bad reading this. It is not a very kind statement.

I have to wonder why Keith Urban asked NO ONE ELSE a question.
