My cable TV Guide says it is ten boys up for judgement tonight. Others have read it is ten girls. No matter which group of ten sings, only five will remain by the end of the episode. This is a 2-hour show, tomorrow will be 1-hour.

ETA: ALL WRONG ^ Tonight was 10 of the 20 girls with 5 leaving. Tomorrow will be 10 of the 20 boys with 5 leaving. It begins at 8 P.M. Eastern rather than 9 P.M. so it will also be a 2-hour show.

This first girl has no voice! She just uses volume, no tone. I'd get rid of her ASAP! Oh, KU praises her "confidence." Both he and NM mention that she wasn't really good until the very end (okay, they worded it slightly differently). Randy says she wasn't in synch with the band; not her best. Mariah sighs, asks her if she had fun.

Tenna (Tina) Torres: What's with these girls starting songs too low? This song is a snoozer. I agree with Nicki about ditching her "aging" hair! Randy already is declaring this "the song of the night"---while mumbling that she missed some notes here and there. Judges love the performance.

Hey---a commercial cut Adriana's beginning! She has a wee too much "catch" in her voice. Following Tenna is a tough gig.

Judges love her maturity and poise AND voice! Mariah AGAIN asks, "How do you feel?" Nicki is a WAAAY better judge!
