5/10 AI 11 Results Show: Top Four **West Coast Spoilers**

I am sorry Hollie's gone (although it hasn't aired yet in Hawaii - we are always last to get the results of everything). I think Philip and Hollie are the weakest singers in comparison to the Joshua and Jessica. They are both good in their own way, but the two young J's are phenomenal. Based on singing alone, Joshua or Jessica should win. But, being strictly objective, what J & J lack and Philip has is sex appeal. His handsome face, growly voice, and sexy, masculine singing style just may land him the title (especially since most of the viewers and voters are female).

Contrary to what many people think, Phillip appeals more to mature, older people like me because his style of singing reminds us of old faves like Joe Cocker, Lindsay Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac.

After all, this is not a competition to find the best vocalist. It's a popularity contest.

If it's popularity ... I can't figure out with whom Jessica is most popular. :shrug

She was eliminated once already. Is it because she is from California ... does it have something to do with population or time zones?

I am very, very sad that Hollie is gone, and I will be satisfied (sort of) with either a WGWG or a BGWOG . :lol

I do think Jessica is very popular,she has more than 200k followers on Twitter. I think when she ended up in the bottom was because her voters became complacent that week because thinking she would be safe. Now they are working hard so it doesn't happen again. Plus i would think she is getting votes from some of the eliminated contestants.

It should also be known that here in San Diego area there are ads and billboards asking to vote for Jessica. One of the local casinos even has one.

I read somewhere that people in the Phillipines are voting for Jessica, I'm not sure if that is true though. I didn't think that people outside of the US could vote?

I'm anything but a fan of Jessica's but I don't get what could possibly be unfair about anyone paying for ads and/or billboards asking folks to vote for her. Fan clubs do crazy crap all the time. I mean, how do you think those stars on Hollywood Blvd come about for celebrities? LOL!!!
