Why is everybody so obsessed with him removing the guitar? Do any of these people even know how to play? I like that he plays, it makes him more of a musician to me.
I think he's going a good job on this song but he's a bit boring. If he wasn't so cute, he'd be in danger. I'm missing the deranged signer, he needs to go crazy. He doesn't seem very connected to this song and there seems to be some pitch (GAH! I hate that word but it's true) problems.
I just expect more from him.

I really like Phil, but didn't like this song very much. It started and ended pretty good, but I didn't like the middle. His voice has a lot of appeal to me though. It was just a weird song choice.
I missed the whole thing because our power went out. I'll fond it somewhere on the web later. I take it it wasn't all that great?
So far, for the solos I think DeAndre was definitely the best.

Holly and Deandre are up next singing Pointer Sisters. Is it bad of me that I'm already laughing? Falsetto meets affected accent. Should be awesome.
Am I the only one seeing this ridiculous commercial with the couple running across the country to each other? The commercial has been going on for at least 5 minutes! It's a Nike Strong Commerical. This is the reason why I really like watching the shows later. No commercials.

Just kidding, they don't sound that bad. Colton/Skylar did a better job harmonizing. I really do prefer Deandre singing in a deeper growly voice, he should do it more often.
