Saddest night ever on this show for me. I'm done. My heart is broken. Good luck to the F3 ~ I won't watch. I'm done ever watching this show. The Voice is a better show anyway. All the teenyboppers voted a gazillion times and got all the 16 yr. old teens in the finale. I hope they do as well in school as they vote online.

gina28, you are so right about the voting.

IDOL has to change this "vote as many times as you want" thing. if not, you end up with the very youngest singers. of course, you also end up with the country singers.

well at this point I am going to text my fingers off for Haley..although I am a huge country music fan, I will NOT NOT vote for either Lauren or Scotty, these two have been pimped by the judges from the get go...Go Haley bring down the house!

Nope - this is the time to bring out all those mom platitudes - That's obvioulsy wrong; just have him re-listen to this last song. It has so much heart and attitude it will teach more than words ever could. Something tells me we will be hearing from James many times in the future.

I'm so happy Haley is still here but I really thought James would be final 3, possibly final 2. He's an absolute inspiration ! Did Ryan say these were the bottom 2??

My hopes for James is that he get some professional training now that he has this great opportunity. My problem with him has been his lack of control of a very good voice. Hopefully 19 will take him under their wing....on the other hand, rock and definitely metal are not really big sellers these days, so this will be hard to call. No matter what it has opened doors big time for him, and he is definitely a nice guy....the show has definitely helped him big time and will allow him to have a career in music.
