When you throw a rock into a pack of dogs, you know which one you hit by the one that yelps!
In terms of emotion, I saw no difference between Haley's first song and her second song. She still screamed, she still growled. So I still don't get why the judges had a stick up their hineys over her first performance.
Same level of thing, just a different song.
"You mustn't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling"
Awesome Haley - she finally stopped screaming and put that energy into emotion. Good job (and great song!)

Lady GaGa knows talent when she see it.

Haley did not scream on the second song. Loud notes, glory notes, are not "screaming."
Gaga & Scotty - THIS I gotta see!
Maggie: "While she takes care of the men with the guns, why don't you sit down and I'll make you a nice, hot cup of tea?"
Pan Am stewardesses: prepared for anything!
My throat "heard" something in Haley's song that disturbed it!!!That's how I know when somebody has run afoul of something while they are singing.
But she did a beautiful job, over all!!![]()
