It's superficial of me, but when James sings, his teeth remind me of Crystal from last season and it bugs me.
Wish they would retire the pick which group you should be in. It is tired.
I can see it already -- everyone will be in two groups, and then they will make Haley decide what group she should be in.

Ok, here comes my rant:
That Jimmy guy is an a-hole! He has completely screwed up the dynamics of this competition. It is supposed to be about the contestants making song choices, figuring out how THEY want to sing it, and being judged BY THE JUDGES!! He is a total jerk to these kids and unnecessarily snarky with them. He makes them second-guess their song choices and performances - which messes them up on performance night! Now, he makes a 16 yr old girl cry on national television because he doesn't have enough class to use a little kindness in his "predictions"! Does that make him feel like a big man? What an a-hole!
