Same here, Babbred. I thought his singing was superb, but not surprised that many didn't like the performance. Jazz is not everyone's cup of tea.

Actually, I love jazz. I'm from New Orleans, I know of jazz. Casey just did not bring it. He's coming off as a crazy stalker jazzy poseur. He needs to go back to being "real" (and I really don't like that term). When he played the melodica? Then he felt the most authentic jazz but not really since then.

Haley doesn't sound too bad. I can actually understand her (mostly) and the dress is killer. I think she's actually doing the best so far, bad / screechy / growling notes and all.

Wow! The one singer I sort of like, the judges didn't? That's funny.

I agree -- Scotty was as good as always, but he could have been much better singing something well-suited to his voice, but non-country for once.

I like her, but didn't care for this song... she was much too shouty.
