3/31 Results Show Discussion *Spoilers*

Jacob's fanbase are not the type to frequent message boards. That's why I find it so hilarious when people predict he will be eliminated week after week. He will be around for a while, and I'm happy. He's one of my favourites this season.

As has been said before, most of the contestants this season are very polarizing, and that's why it's such a great season. For example, I despise Pia, but others like her (on a side note, she was terrible in the group sing tonight). Anyway, yeah.

Well said - very true. And I thought Pia was terrible in group sing also. She has all of the stage presence of a wet noodle.

I was one of the people mentioning the polarization last night and Pia was the only part about that song I liked!

Jacob and Naima - sounding and looking like a couple in a Karaoke bar. I guess the bar was set way too high.

That was awful! I was able to fast forward after the first minute of it. Both of them were bad.

Truly pathetic! Awful..awful..awful...And Fantasia was almost as bad. Ugh.

That was sooooo bad. Fantasia was awful and Jamie Foxx could not even lip sync correctly. I paused and went back and he was clearly not singing live. And he couldn't even fake it correctly.

Wow! I love Scotty and Lauren's duet. Gave me goosebumps. I think these two have a bright future ahead of them, regardless of how they do on Idol.


Fast forward thru Fantasia. I can't stand her, I couldn't then, either. The only thing missing tonight was Simon with that "what the hell was that" look on his face that he had the last time she showed up.

Lauren and Scotty sounded good together. Next to Naima, Jacob sounded like he had marbles in his mouth, sheesh!

If you tied Thia's, Haley's and Pia's arms down, they couldn't sing...they looked like defeathered birds trying to take off. Someone needs to coach them on this badly...

I pretty much agree about Fantasia, but I did love the night she sang "Summertime" during her Season (3).

So happy Paul is safe!!!

Let's hope that next week he chooses a song that is better for HIM!! Suited to his voice, ranges etc. He is so good in his own style.

Lauren looked more her age tonight, with her hair pulled back off her face, sounded great in the duet.

Haley looked fantastic and sang her part well too.

Pia, unfortunately can't seem to put across a personality at all.
