She's one of my faves, too. I loved her audition and her duet with Tim was beautiful. I can't wait to see how she does on the performance show.

I really want to like her. When I see her photo, I know she is the winner. When I try and remember her, I like her a lot. But when I re-watch the tape, she is super annoying. I cannot stand her! The dresses and the gesturing are just too much. I hope it all goes away soon because I really want to be a fan. She just needs to get rid of those habits and start from scratch.
I don't want to sound biased but I've been wanting a Latina idol for a long time. I'm not even Latina. I just see Julie as being "the one." Warning! I said the same thing about Ashley Rodriguez and Michele Dellamor last season.
