This is exactly how I feel when Scotty performs.

That's funny. It must just be a personal thing. I like watching Scotty perform. Of course, I may be partial since he is from my home county. (Garner is a suburb of Raleigh, NC). LOL

I'm going to keep looking away when Haley performs. Other people have commented about her and Scotty and their behavior on stage.

I was so happy Haley was safe tonight. Casey and her duet was one of my favorite moments this season. I hope she picks a better song this week and rocks it.

That duet was just great. Haley showed what she is capable of. Over on the USA Today Idol Chatter Blogs, Brian Mansfield rates all the studio versions once they come out on ITunes & almost every week he has Haley right at the top & Brian has not been good to her for her live performances.

I actually watched her perform last night and it was great! I think that she didn't go into that annoying stuff she normally does because she was focused on Casey. I think this gave her confidence and she stood there without all the awkward leaning and lurching. I thought they did a great job. I hope she and Casey stay around.

Haley's time on this show has been one of the most unpredictable journeys in AI history. Many, including I, wrote her off as being an early boot. But now she's in the top seven and going strong! I'm not going to hold out on her winning the whole thing, so I'm hoping for her to reach the top four.

Whatever it is, I enjoy her better not watching. Last night, I turned my head and just listened to her sing. I thought it was great. Not my favorite, but really good. I know that it is her body language that is turning me off. She's a pretty girl, very lively and expressive, but her body language is off when she starts singing. That's just my take on it. I enjoy watching her talk. LOL It's odd.

We are on the same page. Yes. She would benefit from getting an edge, something to make her stand apart from the crowd, too.

I agree that she doesn't move well at all...

But that performance with Casey was amazing --- and I don't think there are 5 other Idol (all time) contestants who could have even attempted that.


America isn't into jazz, though.

I liked Haley last night. She didn't do the crazy moves and I love that song. I liked her better than Lauren. I have taken Haley out of my predicition for the bottom 3 this week! We shall see.
