2/24 The Green Mile Part II *Spoilers*

Somebody talked about Jaycee being too overweight for the music business. I'm so glad that was brought up, because I was thinking that, too. I'm sorry, I know that's horrible and shallow, etc. but it's just the blunt truth. Today in America we worship images, and we want our celebrities to be svelte. Otherwise, why would we spend so much money on magazines that talk about stars and their diets? I also agree with whoever said that Jaycee simply does not have a great enough voice to get people to overlook his weight.

Are we allowed to talk about spoilers for the whole show? I mean, can we discuss who's made it into the Top 24? If so, can somebody remind if Jaycee made it or not?

I am so glad Ashley didn't make it. That Britney comment really turned me off. Heck, I wasn't impressed long before that. Everyone gets nerves, but to spend most of the night wanting to back out, then waltz back in at the last moment expcecting your group to take you back? They were more gracious than I would have been. And didn't she pull that stunt, or something similar, again? Like I said, not impressed.

You can only discuss the events that are played out during this show as it airs. The Top 24 is being aired publicly for the first time and there are those of us that don't want to know until we watch it on the show.

May I say this, however? Please pardon my language but...stop bloody apologizing!!!! I am so tired of hearing about the Jayzee/group night thing. Not only that, but these apologies are so phony, it's driving me nuts. And same thing goes for the judges. Talk about being pimped...Jayzee's a sweet kid, but he only has a mediocre voice and does not belong in the Top 24. I am so tired of hearing the judges bring this up over and over. If he does make it in, then it will only because of his story.

I'm still pissed that Deandre didn't make it, and yet Clint and Jaycee did. He has a great voice, and is so easy on the eyes. Come back next year? JLo said he's the only one she sees as a recording artist right now, and yet cuts him?

Oh well, off rant.

Looking forward to see how Tim does, love him at this point.
