Yeah, given Ryan's careful wording throughout the show, I feel like an ambush double-elimination is coming as well, but since the producers haven't seen fit to give me enough information to alter the rules of the game we'll play it out as a normal week.

That would be so mean (not directed toward you, JSCIV). They really should warn them ahead of time. It's one thing to surprise them with no eliminations, but another to kick 2 to the curb at once. But I'd think they would have to do it at some point. Isn't their schedule based on there being 12 at this point? They wouldn't actually make the finale the top 3 would they?
