Crystal: Never heard of this song. And she was right at home with it. She is where she should be.
The Original is great. It isn't the best song for Crystal though. Well, not in comparison. But it is better to have a single that is a cover of a song that we don't know.

They will win or lose based on their fanbase. The show will give a uptick, but likely isn't the decider.
And they have just about crowned Crystal with their praise tonight. But even that won't decide it.
I don't know how the songs were picked, but my guess is that Lee and Crystal had something of a say in it since it would be their first single.
The producers must REALLY not want Crystal to win. It's a good song, but the home voting audience may not react the same to a song none of them know.
That said, since Crystal seems to have won "all three rounds" maybe what the producers planned and what actually happens might differ. She was just SO much better she may win anyway (and the judges, not wanting to look like fools certainly weren't going to pan any of those performances).
I still need to see Crystal's last performance but so far, I think Lee just couldn't pull it together tonight. I was hoping for a tight competition but right now, I don't think it will be. Crystal has definitely outsung Lee -- heck, even the judges' comments point that way. Their comments are akin to telling people how well they look when they don't have anything to say about their singing. Too bad.
