Simon was impressed Casey took on an R&B song. WTH else was he supposed to take on during R&B week, a disco song?

I'd rather he stand right there in one spot,if that's natural to him, instead of some forced meandering across the stage. Lots of artists stand and sing and let their talent work for them.
Mike Lynche was the only person to try to comfort Siobahn backstage.
Anyone else getting tired of Big Mike's schtick?
Dudes got a nice voice, but can't watch him sing, too damn cheesy.

Siobahn, ah that wasn't what I expected. I still luv her style though.
Casey with his sexy self..I can't respond because I'm blinded by his sexiness.
Ooh la la...he had me jamming.
A lot of that is the "no movement" thing I'm harping on. Soulful performers can't HELP but move. It inundates itself into their vocals too, beyond merely how on tune they are. Casey has no PASSION. Only the girls watchin' him have it, apparently... for HIM...Originally Posted by prhoshay;3866517;
Well, it depends on how you define "works for him". What results is a performance which might sound good, but seems leached of all passion. Is that really "working"? Its debatable, since performance is more than just "do you hit all the right notes".Originally Posted by SanJoseMom;3866534;

Totally agree, in fact I've felt that way the last week or so...Originally Posted by AsIs;3866536;
Keep in mind they would replacing Paula's original spot... and we know she used drugs too, but it worked out somehow! LOL...Originally Posted by SanJoseMom;3866528;

The room looked pretty empty. He may have been the only one around. He was in the warm up que, Casey was coming out.Originally Posted by LalahLand;3866535;
