Why is the band so muted? Can't hear any background music that helps.
Ashley is pretty, but out of tune with whatever she was trying to do with that song.
She couldn't carry it.

I have to say I agree with Ellen and Simon. Spot on those two. Instead of trying to do same old same old, at least try to be original.

If you mean looks-wise, I was thinking she reminds me a bit of Eva Longoria.

You haven't missed much. I was very underwhelmed by Paige and Ashley. I can sure see why they placed them near the front!

During the semi-finals the band is usually sub-par, as I recall. Not sure why that is.

Ashley was no worse then Paige, yet one is tongue bathed and the other was thrown to the sharks.

Interesting - looks like none of the guitar girls can play instruments tonight. And we have the first stinker of the night. We know she can sing - but taking on a song with a band on live TV really kills off the folks with little experience.

Randy: Song choice is wrong, but like the voice.
Ellen: Liked the song; liked the presence; though a couple of bum notes.
Simon: 100% effort, but only 60% realized. Went off key at times. But should survive.
Kara: Song way too big; song killed all the quality of the voice.
