Okay I love FORT's casino, but I really am not very good. If anyone wants to donate their FORT $$ I would gladly accept http://www.fansofrealitytv.com/forum....php?do=donate
Thanks I would have linked it in my first post, but I wasn't sure how lol. Brett Favre was even singing it in the locker room, this is getting out of controlOriginally Posted by Unklescott;3805881;

My hubby spent most of his weekend watching all the different versions of this. The biggest song in the universe right now and the poor guy ain't making a dime off it.
I laugh because its SO true. Fallon is such a non-entity in some ways that people don't even realize he has a show.Originally Posted by maude~flanders;3805583;

I've been thinking the same thing as all these versions have popped up. (My favorite is the one The Roots did with Jimmy Fallon, and Randy Jackson on bass.) General Larry probably hadn't thought about copyright protection. I did read somewhere that he is going to record the song, but I can't remember where, so who knows. I hope it's true; he deserves a little payday for making so many people smile.Originally Posted by CantinaBandFan;3806857;
eta: I found the story about him making a single; apparently Ruben Studdard offered him studio time, and some indie label is courting him. TMZ also reports that the General has gotten himself an attorney.

In your face TYRA!
In the US, automatic copyright protection is applied as soon as the content is in fixed form...printed, sung, whatever. But I'll bet AI makes them sign something so that they (AI, that is) retains any copyrights.General Larry probably hadn't thought about copyright protection.
