    Surprised they gave Yes to Guitar Girl. It was a stupid, corny gimmick and I saw Simon do his eyeroll when she walked in. IMO her voice was just "ok".

    That was the first time I heard Piece of my Heart refered to as a country song, then I found out it was covered by a country singer called Faith Hill (sorry, not up on country, I assume she is famous). In my mind this is a classic Janis Joplin song, even though she was the second to record it her version is by far the most well known. Melissa Etheridge did a cover of it more recently as well.

    Skii Bo Ski - Sings Heard it Through the Grapevine. He's good; but obnoxious. If he gets in to the Idol Mansion I pity the other kids.

    BFF's for life. Isn't that redundant?

    Lauren Sanders is weak. Carmen has a strong voice but she oversings like crazy. And the judges split them up. Simon eats up the drama.

    The police officer is from Sevierville, TN which is right outside Gatlinburg TN in the Smoky Mtns.
    Looks like the cop should have stuck around to take care of this idiot.
