I thought Ricky was amazing too, He caught my attention in the auditions.

This kid consistently picks the WORST songs. I can't even tell if he has any talent because his song choices are so horribly wrong for him.

Anoop, I love you but you need to pick better songs or you are not going to last. The judges are playing mind tricks with you or neither me, I'm not sure. They played with mine and your emotions during the wildcard shows so now they are trashing you for picking Beat It. Come on it is MJ night so I can't be too hard on you for that. I think you need to come up with some sad story so they can slober on anything that you sing and how you sing it. Okay I've got - your dog ran away, run with that one.

I didn't hate his Beat It half as much as the judges.
Of ALL the criticisms only ONE stuck with me. Simon pointed out that Beat It needs to be aggressive. I agree. Nooper did some interesting things in his rendition, but he dropped out the necessary aura of anger the song needs.
I agree, Krom. When we saw that supposed look of anger on his face at the end of the song, my partner looked at me and said, "Oh, come on...he's got to do more than that." :lolQuote:
