Adam needs to do a ballad.
Given Adam's Broadway roots, and the fact AI has done it in the past, I would like to see Adam do "Bring him Home" from Les Miserables but be true to it. There wouldn't be a dry eye in the house.
Anoop may have the chops for this song, too, but I think Adam would be better.
Adam sang Come to me Bend to me from Brigadoon. Has anyone heard it ? It was beautiful.
OriginalSinner - THANK YOU!! for that lead. I just listened to it, and melted into a puddle on the floor. If/when he pulls a straight up ballad like that on AI, he will be the only one getting votes that night. Just wow.
Count your blessings!
I would be refreshing for Adam to just sing for once and dispense with the theatrics and if it gets him votes, well good for him I guess. But there are still people like me who won't forget all the weird stuff and will never vote for him. Period. You couldn't PAY me to vote for him at this point.

Phrygian Dominant scale - that's the scale he used in Ring of Fire. It's Middle Eastern and difficult for those of us growing up listening to our major/minor scales to accomplish.
Count your blessings!
Me too. I like him but not his singing style especially when he gets into the screechy parts. I know a lot of people thought ROF was artistic but I just thought it was strange and not even in an interesting way. He has a good voice but his style isn't for everyone and I don't think that can be blamed for being homophobic. Adam being gay doesn't bother me a bit. I don't discriminate with singers, I like who I like.Originally Posted by stacerace;3390123;
I prefer Adam to be over the top but I have a feeling he will tone it down in the future, UNFORTUNATELY.
I just heard it last night and .. WOW.. I have no other words. Just WOW.Originally Posted by OriginalSinner;3389936;
