Kristy is a really good singer and VERY VERY marketable! She definitely has a recording contract in her future. Although I'm a fan, I don't think she'll win (and probably shouldn't), but she's still very good.

Yeah, you're totally right. This season just has way too many talented people. I still think someone will snap her up and give her a contract, but realistically, she has no chance of winning.

I believe that her performance last night was one of the worst a top 12 contestant has ever done. It was completely out of tune. The only thing that this girl sort of has is a personality. she's in extreme danger of going home tonight.

I don't think it was that bad, but others certainly did. I believe she will escape tonight just by the skin of her teeth.

You went back & quoted me from last weeks show. I thought last night may have just sealed her fate, although once again I didn't think it was as bad as the judges wanted me to.

i hope last night's performance was enough to give her the boot. i think the other 10 contestants are deserving to go on tour unlike kristy.

I honestly don't know. I've never met her. I guess her dad came into my work and was talking to my mom about it.

And I know a couple of people who have the Confederate flag and aren't part of the KKK or anything. A friend of mine is a self proclaimed redneck and has a sticker of one on his truck, and as far as I know, he isn't a racist.

My question has been is this altered by the fact that she's from Oregon, where there's no logical connection to the Confederate States of America?

She's had a recording contract in the past too. With a music label run by Clive Davis, of all people.

I guess Idol happy to have her on the tour, since she represents the Country'ish vote.
