Ugh; he's definitely my least favorite by far. First of all, I don't even think he's that cute; he looks like he's about 10 years old. Second of all, he is completely overrated; probably the most overrated contestant Idol has seen yet. The fan worship is driving me nuts and I'll be thrilled to see him go.

Because I'm usually more into singers that are naturally born with talent. Your comparison makes sense its just that I like "natural singers"

Having a vocal coach or teacher doesn't imply that you don't have natural talent. A teacher will teach you proper breathing, how to sing from the diaphragm and vocal control. They can't provide you with natural talent if you don't have it already.

he's the zac ephron of this season.

technically he has it all but just seems too polished! like all of his life he's been groomed to be this star, and that bugs me. there isn't anything natural about this kid at all. i bet his handlers even coached him on how to do his "aww shucks " at the end of being judged by the panel.

I think he's an amazing singer, and I love him.

My problem is that I don't think the majority of his fanbase cares whether or not he has a good voice..
meaning, even if he sucked, he would still make if to the top 4 or 5.

Luckily he doesn't suck.

I really enjoyed him tonight. His youth certainly showed after the judges gave their evaluations, but at least he was engaging. I'd much rather see his youthful exuberance than Danny Norriega's cockiness.
